Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Press Tool Design Engineer at our facility in Aurangabad. The Press Tool Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing press tools, utilizing CAD software, and supporting related tooling requirements. Day-to-day duties include creating technical drawings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring tools meet product specifications, and optimizing designs for manufacturing efficiency. The role also involves troubleshooting and refining designs to resolve production challenges and enhance product quality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tooling Design with a strong understanding of the principles and techniques involved
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and its application to engineering tasks
- Knowledge of Press Tools processes and their integration with tooling solutions
- A solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering concepts and practices
- Experience in Press Tool Design , with the ability to create innovative and functional designs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address design and manufacturing challenges
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- Previous experience in a tooling or manufacturing environment is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
