About the role
As a User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Designer at Presight, you will be part of the User Experience Team dedicated to building a new generation of applications for Desktop, Web, and Mobile devices. Your role will focus on enhancing the user experience by optimizing the connection between users, data, and software, aligning with expectations for direct manipulation, real-time feedback, and effective visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Visual Designers to innovate user experiences utilizing the latest Mobile and Web technologies.
Partner closely with designers, program managers, developers, quality engineers, and others to transform ideas into products.
Advocate for design and demonstrate its power in creating rich user experiences.
Research and implement new user interface paradigms.
Quickly translate concepts into wireframes and flow diagrams.
Lead and analyze usability studies for design improvement via user feedback.
Analyze market and customer requirements to develop core use cases, expressing them through various media.
Work in a multicultural environment, adhering to organizational policies on quality, safety, and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Design, or Arts.
Proficient in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Familiarity with workflow tools like Axure RP, Keynote, OmniGraffle, and Visio.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in user interface design and development.
Quick learner with the ability to present ideas effectively in team settings.
Solid knowledge of Design Systems.
