We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team, specializing in various aspects of restoration and construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restoration industry and possess hands-on experience with cabinet installation, flooring installation, and other carpentry tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality results.

Duties

• Perform restoration tasks including repairs and renovations in residential and commercial properties.
• Install cabinets, flooring, and drywall with precision and attention to detail.
• Execute construction painting projects, ensuring a clean and professional finish.
• Utilize schematics to build and install various structures according to specifications.
• Conduct trim carpentry work to enhance the aesthetic appeal of spaces.
• Provide maintenance person services for general repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in cabinet installation, flooring installation, drywall work, and construction painting.
• Strong carpentry skills with the ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
