Job Title: Presentation & Visual Designer / Art Director
Location : Noida (Hybrid)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Presentation & Visual Designer / Art Director who can independently lead and execute impactful visual communication for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in presentation design, corporate decks, storytelling, branding, and visual systems, with the ability to translate complex information into clean, engaging, and visually compelling designs.
This role requires someone who can take ownership end-to-end — from understanding briefs and conceptualizing ideas to delivering polished presentations and visual assets across client mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality presentations, pitch decks, corporate decks, sales decks, and strategy presentations for diverse clients
- Translate complex content into visually engaging and easy-to-understand layouts
- Independently manage design projects from concept to final delivery
- Develop strong visual storytelling frameworks and presentation narratives
- Create clean, modern, and brand-aligned visual systems
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and timelines
- Ensure consistency in typography, layout, hierarchy, and branding across all deliverables
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in presentation design, visual design, or art direction
- Strong portfolio showcasing presentations, pitch decks, long-form layouts, and corporate communication work
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, branding, and information hierarchy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working with B2B, corporate, consulting, or enterprise brands is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
