We are building a brand that reflects innovation, credibility, and high performance — and we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Designer to help us communicate our ideas with clarity and impact.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and business-oriented Presentation Designer who can transform complex information into visually compelling and professional presentations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in corporate presentation design, visual storytelling, layout structuring, and branding consistency.
This role requires someone who can work closely with leadership, research, marketing, and business teams to create high-quality client-facing presentations, pitch decks, reports, proposals, and internal communication materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually impactful PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and business reports
- Convert complex research findings, business insights, and data into clear and engaging visual formats
- Create professional layouts, infographics, charts, icons, and visual storytelling elements
- Work closely with leadership, research, and marketing teams to understand presentation requirements and deliver high-quality outputs
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, formatting standards, and visual communication across all presentations
- Design templates and presentation frameworks for internal and external use
- Support client-facing teams with presentation enhancement and formatting requirements
- Create quick-turnaround presentation creatives for ongoing business requirements and leadership meetings
- Adapt presentation designs for both digital and print formats
- Take complete ownership of assigned projects from concept to final delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Presentation Design / Corporate Presentation Design / Visual Communication
- Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or related design tools
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, branding, and information hierarchy
- Ability to present data and research insights in a visually engaging and easy-to-understand format
- Strong attention to detail, formatting accuracy, and design consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio showcasing presentation and design work is mandatory
Good to Have (Bonus Skills):
- Experience working on consulting-style or corporate presentations
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills
- Experience creating infographics and data visualization assets
- Understanding of business storytelling and client communication
- Experience working with research, consulting, or strategy teams
