This position will support Washer Solutions, a subsidiary of Prescott’s Inc.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Fulfillment Specialist at Prescott's, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed, assembled, and shipped in a timely manner. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain smooth order fulfillment and inventory processes.
This role offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $19.00 to $23.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
The location for this position will be required to work onsite at the Rochester, NY location.
Responsibilities
- Process sales orders (Pick parts, Create PO's) ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Receive Incoming Deliveries
- Manage the Outgoing Shipments
- Process the weekly stock ordering process based on specified reorder levels.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions before shipping.
- Perform the annual physical inventory count and reconciliation.
- Facilitate the annual technician inventory count and reconciliation.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment.
- Assist with documentation related to orders and shipments.
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols in all fulfillment activities.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery.
- Oversee shipping supplies management
- Support & Coverage of Administrative Support Specialist.
- Support other logistics functions as needed.
