About the role

Full-time, office-based Temp to Perm We are recruiting for several customer service and office professional positions in the North Manchester / Oldham area, all focused on customer service. The company is a large national business that employs thousands across the UK. You will receive extensive training and support to perform your role in a nurturing environment. The company takes pride in its positive and engaging work culture, having won multiple awards. We have immediate positions available, with interviews taking place on Wednesday 4th June 2025 We offer inbound customer service roles that include some data entry. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries and handling service-related inquiries The role is Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts (no more than 1 in 3 Saturdays or Sundays). Working hours consist of 3 different shifts, totaling 7.5 hours per day, between 8 am and 8 pm. Weekend work is also required, working 1 in 3 weekends (with days off during the week). You will receive full training and support from an existing team. This is an office-based role, not hybrid or remote. This position is to start immediately on Monday 9th June, on a temp-to-perm basis. We seek reliable, professional, and committed candidates with some experience in Contact Center, Office, or Customer Service roles. Flexibility is appreciated, as we value your 'can- do' attitude and willingness to learn more than experience. We can offer long-term temporary contracts or temp-to-perm contracts.
