Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preschool Teacher at our Nasik location. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, encouraging social and emotional development, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and maintaining open communication with parents. Additional responsibilities include fostering a positive and engaging learning environment and organizing creative activities that promote learning and fun.

Qualifications

• Teaching and curriculum design skills for early childhood education
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Creative thinking and a passion for engaging children through play-based and activity-based learning
• Experience in classroom management and fostering emotional and social development
• Effective interpersonal skills and a patient, empathetic approach to working with young children
• Basic knowledge of child safety, health, and hygiene standards
• Prior experience as a preschool or early learning educator is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field is desirable
