Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher, located in Jagatpura, Jaipur. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating lesson plans, developing age-appropriate curriculum, and teaching foundational skills to children in an engaging and supportive environment. The role involves fostering a nurturing atmosphere, encouraging social and emotional growth, and maintaining open communication with parents and caregivers. The position requires active supervision of children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for early childhood education
- Strong understanding of Early Childhood Education methodologies and best practices
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Kindergarten teaching and managing young learners
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to engage with young children effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
