We are seeking a passionate and reflective Pre-School Teachers who understands that the early years form the foundation for lifelong learning. The ideal candidate will create a joyful, emotionally secure, and developmentally appropriate environment that promotes curiosity, resilience, empathy, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement child-appropriate, research-based lesson plans aligned with early childhood developmental milestones.
- Facilitate literacy, language, numeracy, and foundational science experiences through play and hands-on exploration.
- Lead outdoor and nature-integrated learning experiences.
- Foster emotional intelligence, social development, and positive behavior guidance practices.
- Maintain a structured yet flexible classroom routine that supports executive functioning skills.
- Conduct regular child observations and document developmental progress.
- Partner closely with parents through consistent communication and conferences.
- Ensure a safe, hygienic, and nurturing classroom environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education / Child Psychology / Education.
- 2–5 years of experience in a preschool or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles (ages 1–6 years).
- Training in phonics, experiential learning, or inquiry-based pedagogy preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is an advantage).
- Calm, patient, and emotionally attuned personality.
