Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Baner, Pune for a Preschool Teacher. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering age-appropriate lesson plans, implementing engaging educational activities, and fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children with Autism and other disabilities. Additional responsibilities include tracking student progress, collaborating with parents and team members, and ensuring a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere for children.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
- Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and experience with Kindergarten teaching
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with young children, parents, and staff
- Passion for early education and a nurturing approach to working with children with disabilities.
- Relevant certifications or credentials in Early Childhood Education or teaching will be an advantage
- Familiarity with child development best practices and strategies.
