Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preschool Teacher located in Pune Division. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, designing age-appropriate curriculum, and facilitating activities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children. Daily tasks include fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, effectively managing classroom activities, engaging in nurturing communication with children, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a consistent educational experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for early learners
- Proven proficiency in Early Childhood Education practices and knowledge of age-appropriate techniques
- Strong communication skills for fostering effective interactions with children, parents, and colleagues
- Understanding and experience in teaching kindergarten or similar early age groups
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to diverse learning needs
- Relevant certification or degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field
- Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children
