Maple Bear Canadian Pre-school, Sector 71 Gurgaon, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team!
If you have a genuine love for early childhood education, have prior 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a preschool organization, and carry a nurturing approach that brings out the best in every child, you might be the perfect fit for our Maple Bear family.

🔹 Location: Maple Bear Canadian Preschool, Near Gate No. 2, CHD Avenue, Sector 71, Gurugram
🔹 Role: Preschool Teacher
🔹 Work Days: Monday to Saturday
🔹 Experience: Must have prior 1-3 years of relevant work experience working with preschool or daycare
🔹 Key Traits: Warm, patient, energetic, creative, and fluent in English
Job Role and Responsibilities
1. Curriculum & Instruction
• Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the Maple Bear curriculum and integrate various learning outcomes.
• Execute developmentally appropriate activities, ensuring a stimulating and engaging learning environment for all children.
2. Classroom Management
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized classroom that promotes curiosity and learning.
• Supervise children during all activities, both indoors and outdoors, prioritizing their safety at all times.
3. Child Development & Assessment
• Continuously assess the developmental needs and progress of each child through observation, documentation, and formal assessment tools.
• Provide personalized, one-on-one support to help children reach their full potential.
4. Parent Communication & Collaboration
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents about their child's progress, achievements, and any concerns.
• Organize and lead parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and events to foster a strong partnership between home and school.
• Collaborate with parents to support each child's learning and development.
5. Professional Growth
• Participate actively in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities provided by Maple Bear.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education, child development research, and relevant educational trends.
Job Requirements
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in early childhood education.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
