Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Preschool Teacher role located in Kanpur. As a Preschool Teacher, you will design and implement engaging lesson plans and develop age-appropriate curriculum tailored to early childhood education. In this role, you will foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment, encouraging children to learn and grow. Responsibilities will also include effectively communicating with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless learning experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
- Expertise in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten teaching methods
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members
- Passion for teaching and creating a positive learning environment for young learners
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in teaching or classroom management is a plus
- Patience, empathy, and a creative approach to teaching are essential
