Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Preschool Teacher role located at our Shreya Nagar, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar campus. The teacher will design engaging lesson plans, facilitate age-appropriate activities, and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities include creating personalized learning experiences, monitoring student progress, encouraging social and emotional development, and maintaining open communication with parents. Additionally, the role involves participating in outdoor exploration programs and coordinating educational visits to reinforce experiential learning.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and conversational Marathi
- Teaching and classroom management skills to create a nurturing and structured environment.
- Curriculum development and lesson planning with a focus on play-based and interactive learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creative and organizational abilities to design engaging and diverse activities.
- Experience or certification in early childhood education or a related field preferred.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Understanding of child development and a passion for supporting holistic growth.
- Familiarity with outdoor learning and educational field trips is a plus.
