Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Teacher. The chosen candidate will be responsible for creating lesson plans, facilitating engaging learning activities, and fostering an effective early learning environment for children. Responsibilities include developing and implementing an age-appropriate curriculum, monitoring child progress, and working closely with parents to support their child’s growth and development. Additionally, the Preschool Teacher will ensure a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom experience aligned with the institution’s values and vision.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
• Expertise in Early Childhood Education principles and best practices
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Experience working with kindergarten-aged children
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for nurturing young minds
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field
• Experience in a preschool or early education environment preferred
