Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate loves working with young children, creates a safe and nurturing learning environment, and is committed to supporting each child's early development through play-based and structured activities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for children aged 2–6 years
Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child
Prepare classroom materials, learning aids, and displays
Maintain attendance records and developmental progress reports
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children at all times
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff training sessions
Follow the school's curriculum, policies, and child protection guidelines
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (NTT / Montessori / D.El.Ed certification preferred)
Strong knowledge of child development principles and early learning methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, creative, energetic, and empathetic personality
Ability to manage a classroom effectively and independently
