Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Educator at Eravoo Centre of Learning, located in Bengaluru. The Preschool Educator will design and deliver engaging lesson plans, facilitate hands-on and inquiry-based activities, and support children in their cognitive, emotional, and social development. The educator will foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, and contribute to training and development programs for continuous improvement in teaching practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and developing age-appropriate educational materials.
- Proficiency in Teaching and implementing child-centered education methods.
- Excellent Communication skills to connect with children, parents, and peers effectively.
- Experience in Training and mentoring for professional growth and program enhancement.
- A degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for nature-inspired and play-based pedagogies.
- Understanding of or experience with IB curriculum and/or Finnish and Japanese education philosophy is a plus.
