Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune at Kharadi, Bnaer and Karve road for a Preschool Center Head. The Center Head will oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the preschool. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining compliance with educational and safety standards, overseeing curriculum implementation, managing parent communication, and fostering a positive environment for children and staff. The role also involves managing admissions, handling administrative tasks, and driving the overall growth of the center.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills, including team supervision and operational oversight
- Experience in curriculum implementation and adherence to educational standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building parent-school partnerships
- Organizational and administrative abilities, including scheduling and admissions management
- Passion for early childhood education and demonstrated ability to foster a nurturing environment
- Relevant qualifications in education, child development, or related fields
- Experience in the preschool or early childhood education sector is a plus
