Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preschool Center Coordinator located in Varthur, Bengaluru East. The role involves managing day-to-day operations of the preschool and daycare, ensuring the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and educational practices. Key responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, maintaining effective communication with parents, overseeing curriculum implementation, and creating a welcoming and enriching learning environment. The Coordinator will also handle administrative tasks, address queries, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate staff and foster collaboration
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage daily operations and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with parents, staff, and children
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, curriculum implementation, and best practices
- Experience in preschool or daycare management is preferred
- Ability to create a positive and secure learning environment for children
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including record-keeping, scheduling, and compliance tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and standards for childcare facilities is an advantage
