Are you a passionate early years educator ready to take the next step into a leadership role?
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Preschool Branch Head to lead, inspire, and nurture a thriving early years environment.
Who we’re looking for:
- An experienced Early Years Educator with 6+ years of hands-on experience in a preschool or early childhood setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of child development and play-based learning approaches
- Excellent communication and parent engagement abilities
- A warm, empathetic, and child-centric approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the preschool branch
- Lead and mentor a team of educators
- Ensure high-quality curriculum implementation
- Build strong relationships with parents and the community
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
