Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Academic Trainer based in Patna. The Preschool Academic Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum strategies, conducting training sessions for educators, and ensuring high-quality teaching standards. The role involves guiding educators on innovative teaching methods, providing continuous mentorship, and fostering a culture of academic excellence in preschool education.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and the ability to design engaging, age-appropriate learning materials.
- Experience in Education and Teaching, preferably in early childhood or preschool education.
- Expertise in Training educators and conducting interactive workshops or professional development programs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing young learners.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
