Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Presales - Trainee. As a Presales - Trainee, your day-to-day responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, conducting consultations, providing tailored product recommendations, and supporting sales initiatives. You will also collaborate with the sales team to deliver a high-quality customer experience, address client inquiries, and contribute to building and maintaining customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients
- Experience in Consulting and building trust with customers
- Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to handle queries effectively
- Understanding of Presales processes or related fields
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the edtech industry
