Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Presales Trainee. The Presales Trainee will assist in identifying client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and supporting the sales team during the initial stages of the sales process. The trainee will conduct research, prepare presentations, and provide exceptional customer service, while developing strong communication and consultancy skills. This position offers the opportunity to interact with diverse stakeholders and contribute to impactful educational solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and teams
- Consulting and Presales experience or a demonstrated ability to understand client challenges and propose relevant solutions
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setting
- A passion for education and technology is a strong advantage
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field preferred
