Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Presales - Telecalling role located in Chennai. The Presales Executive will be responsible for interacting with potential customers via phone calls, providing detailed information about the company’s projects and offerings, addressing inquiries, and scheduling appointments with the sales team. The role includes maintaining a database of leads, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction. Effective coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth communication with clients will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proficient communication skills in English and regional languages to engage prospects effectively over the phone
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, or presales roles
- Basic knowledge of real estate or a similar domain is an advantage
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools for maintaining customer databases
- Positive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work within a team-based environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in communication or customer service is a plus
