About the role
Pre-Sales Consultant will oversee a range of projects for key clients in the designated geographical region: Americas. They will be working with our customers to understand their requirements, collaborating with internal stakeholders to design solutions, execute POCs, support with techno-commercial proposals and implement solutions to onboard new customers.
Responsibilities
Work with potential and existing customers to understand their data requirements and conduct demos.
Collaborate with customers to define project scope and SOPs, including technical consultation and establishing communication channels.
Design creative solutions for new and existing problems, including micro-task breakdown and solution documentation.
Plan and execute pilots with expert support, manage profit and loss creation with operations approval, and ensure solution implementation.
Ensure timely delivery of proposals and technical documents, including API integration and final submission reports.
Proactively execute changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Manage customer queries and feedback, conduct QC tool demos, and walkthrough labeled samples.
Responsible for solution implementation and comprehensive handover to the production team, including customer dashboard guides.
Qualifications
Ability to participate in scheduled meetings and respond to time-sensitive requests
Undergraduates from premier engineering institutes
3+ years of experience in a dynamic and high-growth environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Should be comfortable handling data and reports with the right tools (MS Excel knowledge is a must, and SQL is preferred).
Ability to work independently and aggressively track project timelines.
Strong communication skills.
Past experience in working with any Physical AI company is a plus.
