Job Title: Presales Executive

Location: Gurgaon (WFO)

Experience- 0-1 year

Shift Timing- 1pm- 10pm

 Job Summary

The Junior Presales Executive supports the sales and business development team in preparing research proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in client pitches.

 

 Key Responsibilities

 ·       Generate qualified leads through structured outreach and market mapping.

·       Identify and target companies within Research, Insights, and Healthcare sectors.

·       Support B2B and B2C study outreach by coordinating respondent communication and email campaigns.

·       Assist in identifying bidding opportunities and preparing bid documentation.

·       Assist in preparing research proposals and responses to RFPs/RFQs.

·       Draft structured proposal documents using standardized templates and ensuring accuracy. Summarize client requirements clearly for internal teams.

·       Maintain and update pricing sheets, proposal trackers, and pipeline documentation. Prepare PowerPoint decks for client meetings.

·       Support client coordination through scheduled calls, requirement clarification discussions, and solution walkthroughs.

 

 Required Skills

·       Basic understanding of market research methodologies (Qual & Quant).

·       Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

·       Good written and verbal communication.

·       Ability to work under tight deadlines.

·       High attention to detail.

 

 

Educational Qualification

·       MBA (Marketing) / BBA / PGDM / Relevant degree

·       Freshers with internship experience in market research preferred.
