Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Presales Support role located in Ahmedabad. The Presales Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting with technical inquiries, responding to customer requirements, preparing presentations, and supporting the sales team in qualifying leads. Additional responsibilities include understanding client needs, delivering product demonstrations, and providing support to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and identify solutions.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client interaction and relationship management.
- Expertise in Technical Support and Presales functions, including presenting technical details and resolving customer queries.
- Proficiency in problem-solving with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and product teams to achieve business goals.
- Previous experience in a similar role or related field is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field preferred.
