Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Presales Specialist for Networking and Firewall Products with A NATIONAL IT DISTRIBUTOR COMPANY. The professional in this position will be responsible for understanding customer needs, delivering technical expertise during the sales process, and creating tailored solutions for firewall and network security.
Day-to-day activities include consulting with clients, analyzing business requirements, providing technical demonstrations, and supporting the development of proposals for network solutions and Security. Collaboration with sales teams to address customer inquiries and ensure a smooth sales process is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in Consulting and the ability to understand customer needs
- Experience in Customer Service to deliver exceptional client support
- Proven expertise in Presales, including preparing proposals and conducting technical demonstrations
- Strong knowledge of firewall technologies and network security is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
