Role: PreSales Specialists – CPaaS (Whatsapp + RCS)
Location :- Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kolkata
Job description:
The role will be responsible for developing and implementing the presales strategies for the domains of CPaaS – OTT Platforms (Whatsapp + RCS), to drive business growth and meet revenue targets. The role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions by analyzing the customer's use cases and crafting the techno commercial solution. The incumbent will be a market-facing, subject matter expert focused on enterprise customers unique needs in the domains and be able to demonstrate tangible business benefits to the clients through our solutions propositions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Collaborate closely with the product manager and the business stakeholders to define and implement the pre-sales strategy for the assigned CPaaS domain and industry vertical.
· Drive the development of compelling value propositions and solution proposals that effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
· Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities to drive the revenue targets.
· Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and partners, including technical and CSD, to gain an in-depth understanding of our service offerings, differentiations, and capabilities. Translate the technical capabilities into tailored solutions that address clients' unique requirements.
· Conduct presentations and engage in strategic discussions with decision makers across all levels, showcasing our solutions' value proposition and demonstrating how they align with the clients' business goals.
· Oversee the creation and submission of detailed, accurate, and persuasive proposals and bids in response to client RFPs/RFIs. Ensure that proposals effectively communicate our offerings 'strengths and differentiation.
· Responsible for the sustained customer success and growth of the wallet share in the assigned domains and accounts.
· Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies within the CPaaS and OTT platforms.Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and partners, including technical and CSD, to gain an in-depth understanding of our service offerings, differentiations, and capabilities. Translate the technical capabilities into tailored solutions that address clients' unique requirements.

Required Skills:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a product sales specialist in an Enterprise from CPaaS domain is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the CPaaS market and technical solutions along with its competitive landscape.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-starter with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and deliver in a multi-stakeholder eco-system.
