Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Specialist based in Hyderabad. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing tailored solutions, and presenting them to potential customers. Key responsibilities include conducting consultations, providing product demonstrations, addressing customer queries, and collaborating with teams to align on sales strategies. The role demands effective communication, relationship management, and strong analytical abilities to identify solutions that meet customer needs and drive value.
Qualifications
- Strong Consulting and Customer Service skills for client engagement and building lasting relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for delivering presentations and addressing customer needs
- Proficiency in Presales processes and the ability to align solutions with client requirements
- Analytical Skills to assess customer needs, interpret data, and propose tailored solutions
- Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively and in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate sector or familiarity with AI-driven platforms is an added advantage
- 1-3 Years Experience
- CTC between 2.5 - 3.5 Lakhs
