Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Presales Specialist will engage in client consultations to understand their requirements, prepare presentations, and deliver product demonstrations to showcase the platform's capabilities. Responsibilities include providing expert advice to prospective customers, analyzing business needs, supporting sales teams in winning accounts, and ensuring alignment of solutions to client needs. The specialist will also assist in creating proposals, respond to queries effectively, and act as a trusted advisor for potential clients.
Qualifications
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating client requirements and designing appropriate solutions
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and build relationships with clients
- Experience in consulting and presales, with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and proposing solutions
- Customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience
- Proficiency in handling presentations and demonstrations
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with educational products and services is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
