Role Description
This is a full-time on-site (Night Shift) role for a Presales Specialist based in Navi Mumbai. The Pre-Sales role focuses on initiating and developing early-stage relationships with potential prospects using an existing database. The team conducts outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calls to introduce the company’s services and start meaningful conversations. Interactions and responses are recorded and managed in the CRM system to maintain accurate tracking of leads and communication history. Through consistent follow-ups and nurturing activities, the role aims to build interest, understand basic requirements, and ultimately schedule qualified meetings for the sales team to take the conversation forward.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, lead generation, business development, or inside sales is preferred.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects professionally.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and cold calling for prospect engagement.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools to record interactions, manage leads, and track follow-ups.
- Ability to research prospects, understand their business context, and maintain organized lead data.
- Strong follow-up discipline and relationship-building skills to nurture prospects until meetings are scheduled.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work on outreach targets and maintain consistent activity levels.
