Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Presales Specialist. The Presales Specialist will engage with potential customers to understand their requirements, provide consultations, and effectively communicate solutions that meet their needs. The role involves analyzing customer needs, offering tailored recommendations, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall growth of the business through strategic presales activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with customers and provide exceptional support
• Consulting and Presales expertise, with the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Analytical Skills to evaluate customer requirements and identify opportunities for potential business growth
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively as part of a team
• Relevant experience or education in sales, business, or a related field is preferred
• Understanding of co-living services or real estate customer needs is an added advantage
