Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Presales Specialist. The Presales Specialist will work closely with the sales and consulting teams to evaluate client needs, prepare tailored demonstrations, and develop solutions to address key challenges. They will be responsible for conducting detailed analyses, creating client presentations, supporting sales proposals, and offering high-quality customer service. This role requires strong communication and consulting capabilities to ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating client needs and developing suitable solutions
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain professional interactions and relationships
- Consulting skills to understand business needs and recommend appropriate strategies
- Experience in Presales, including creating and delivering presentations, and supporting sales initiatives
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in business and presentation tools such as MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
