Job Title: Presales Solution Architect – Infrastructure Services
Location: Noida / Hyderabad / Bangalore/Chennai
Experience: 6 – 12 Years
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Presales Solution Architect to drive solutioning for complex, multi-service IT infrastructure deals. This role will be responsible for shaping win strategies, driving deal constructs, and delivering integrated, transformational solutions across service towers such as Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace, and Managed Network Services.
You will work closely with Sales, Bid Management, and Technical Presales teams to design differentiated solutions, engage with clients, and lead large outsourcing and managed services pursuits.
Key Responsibilities
1. Presales Leadership & Deal Ownership
- Own and anchor end-to-end presales activities for RFP/RFI/RFQ/RFS in IT Infrastructure Services and integrated outsourcing deals.
- Define and drive win strategy, deal positioning, and solution differentiation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Acquisition Group (BAG), and delivery teams to improve win probability.

- Strong understanding of deal constructs, pricing models, and commercials.
- Work with bid management teams to build competitive pricing and financial models.
- Present and defend commercial aspects during:
- Solution defense
- Due diligence
- BAFO (Best and Final Offer) discussions
5. Proposal Development & Presentations
- Lead the creation of technical proposals, solution documents, and presentations.
- Deliver compelling client presentations and demos.
- Build strong mindshare with customers and internal stakeholders during pursuits.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology / Science (mandatory)
- Master’s degree (MBA / M.Tech / MS) preferred
