Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Manager - IT based in New Delhi. The Presales Manager will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their IT needs, developing customized solutions, and creating detailed proposals. This includes preparing technical presentations, conducting demonstrations, and providing insights on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software solutions, etc. The role involves closely collaborating with sales teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and industry best practices. Additionally, the Presales Manager will manage project timelines, analyze business processes, and support the successful delivery of IT solutions.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in Pre-Sales/Solution Consulting roles in IT solutions/services
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field; MBA or relevant technical certifications preferred
• Strong experience in System Integration (SI) and enterprise solution designing
• Experience with preparing solution documentation, proposals, and technical presentations
• Familiarity with RFP/RFI responses and bid management
• Solid understanding of the sales cycle and ability to interface with enterprise clients
• Ability to work closely with sales, OEMs, and delivery teams
• Experience in customer-facing technical discussions and requirement gathering
• Familiarity with licensing, commercials, and solution optimization
• Ability to design scalable and cost-effective enterprise solutions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
