We are seeking an experienced ERP Presales Manager with strong expertise in ERP platforms such as Odoo, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar solutions. The role is responsible for driving the presales function, collaborating with sales, delivery, and product teams to design and position tailored ERP solutions that address business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities, understand customer business requirements, and design winning ERP solutions.
- Lead end-to-end presales activities including solutioning, product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) (Experience in any ERP platforms as Odoo, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems preferred)
- Analyze client business processes and define solution architecture, module fitment, and implementation approach aligned with business objectives.
- Own the preparation of technical proposals, solution architecture documents, RFP/RFI responses, and effort estimations, ensuring high-quality and competitive submissions.
- Work closely with delivery, functional, and technical teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and alignment of proposed solutions.
- Actively support sales in client meetings, solution discussions, and deal negotiations, contributing to deal closure and improved win rates.
- Drive solution positioning, value articulation, and competitive differentiation during the sales cycle.
- Stay updated on ERP trends, product capabilities, and industry best practices to continuously enhance presales effectiveness.
- Contribute to building presales assets including demo environments, reusable solution frameworks, and case studies.
- Mentor junior presales consultants and standardize presales processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP Presales / Solution Consulting
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Odoo, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and functional knowledge including Finance, CRM, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement and other ERP modules
- Proven experience in handling RFPs, RFIs, solution proposals, and client-facing presentations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
