Role Description
The Presales Manager will be responsible for driving pre-sales activities to support our sales and business development teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Key responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, maintain CRM hygiene, take followups, understanding prospect's needs, and presenting solutions that align with their business goals. The Presales Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and lead client-facing activities such as product demonstrations, workshops, and technical consultations. They will also support the creation of proposals and contribute to strategic initiatives to drive business success.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Presales and Sales processes to effectively manage client opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
- Consulting and Project Management skills to engage with clients, address business requirements, and ensure successful outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipate customer needs and provide innovative solutions.
- Proven track record in working with technology platforms or data-driven organizations is preferred.
- Expertise in CRM, Google Analytics, and any marketing automation tool is a plus
