🚨 Hiring: Manager – TSE Pre‑Sales

🔹 Role Overview
- Lead technical pre‑sales activities for telecom & security solutions
- Prepare and present technical proposals for RFQs/tenders
- Act as subject‑matter expert and engage with customers & vendors
- Guide, mentor, and manage a team of pre‑sales engineers
- Design end‑to‑end, mission‑critical solutions across sectors
🔹 Key Skills & Technologies
- Telecom & Transmission: DWDM, MPLS‑TP, SDH, OTN, Packet Optical
- Networking: Ethernet & IP networks, switches, routers, firewalls, cybersecurity
- Radio Systems: TETRA, DMR, PtP/PtMP, UHF, VHF, Microwave
- Security Systems: CCTV, Access Control, PIDS, PSIM
- Other Systems: PAGA, Page‑Party, Siren Systems, UPS & Batteries
- Infrastructure: Structured cabling, racking systems
- Domain Exposure: Oil & Gas, Power, Transportation, Smart City, IIoT
🔹 Requirements
- Education: B.E. / M.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication (or equivalent)
- Experience: 8+ years in telecom / security pre‑sales, design, or solution architecture.
- Strong technical documentation, customer engagement & presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear solutions
- Leadership mindset with strong time management and stakeholder coordination
