Job Title: Presales Manager –IT Infrastructure Solutions
Location: Hyderabad and Mumbai
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Presales Managerwith strong technical expertise in Server, Storage, Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI), Backup, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Disaster Recovery (DR)solutions.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with OEMs such as Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Broadcom, Nutanix, Commvault, Veeam, and Omnissa (formerly VMware EUC), and should be capable of designing, positioning, and presenting complex IT infrastructure solutionsto enterprise customers.Key
Responsibilities:
1.Presales & Solution Designa.Understand customer requirements and translate them intosolution architecturesusing multi-vendor technologies.b.Design, size, and propose infrastructure solutions aroundServers, Storage, HCI, VDI, Backup, DR, and MDM.c.ConductPOCs (Proof of Concepts), product demos, and solution workshops for clients.d.Preparetechnical proposals, BOMs, RFP responses, and solution presentationsin collaboration with sales teams.
2.Vendor & Partner Coordinationa.Work closely with OEMs and distributors such asDell, HPE, Lenovo, Nutanix, Broadcom, Commvault, Veeam, and Omnissafor technical validations, pricing, and solution optimization.b.Keep up-to-date with latest product releases, certifications, and partner programs.
3.Customer Engagementa.Engage with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and map suitable technology solutions.b.Delivertechnical presentations, workshops, and product deep-divesto CXO-level stakeholders.c.Support customer meetings along with the sales team to drive technical closure.
4.Internal Collaborationa.Collaborate with delivery and implementation teams forhandover of won deals, ensuring technical accuracy and scope alignment.b.Train and mentor junior presales or sales teams on new solutions and architectures.
5.Strategic Contributiona.Identify opportunities forsolution bundling and cross-sellingacross product lines.b.Provide technical inputs forgo-to-market strategiesand marketing collateral.c.Support the organization in achievingpartner certifications and vendor accreditations

6.Computer& Storage:a.Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Lenovo Think Systemserversb.SAN/NAS storage from Dell, HPE, Lenovoc.RAID, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, NVMe technologies
7.HCI & Virtualization:a.Nutanix AHV, VMWare vSAN, HPE Simplivity, Dell VxRailb.Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV)
8.Backup & DR:a.Commvault, Veeam, Dell Data Protection Suiteb.DR planning, replication, cloud backup, and recovery solutions
9.VDI & MDM:a.Omnissa Horizon (formerly VMware Horizon), Citrix, or Accopsb.MDM solutions such as Omnissa Workspace ONE, Intune, or MobileIron
Qualifications:
a.Bachelor’s degree
b.4+ years of experience inPresales / Solution Architect / Technical Consultant role in IT infrastructure domain.
c.Strong communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
d.Ability to manage multiple RFPs, tight deadlines, and cross-functional coordination.
