📌 Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Presales Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft security solutions. The role involves engaging with customers, designing tailored security architectures, and supporting the sales lifecycle with technical leadership and solutioning capabilities.
👉 The candidate should have exposure to leading a team and driving presales engagements end-to-end.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Expertise
- Provide deep expertise in Microsoft Security stack including:
- Microsoft Defender (MDE, MDO, MDI)
- Microsoft Sentinel
- Microsoft 365 Security
- Microsoft Purview
- Microsoft Entra ID & Intune
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft security advancements and best practices
2. Customer Engagement
- Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs and business challenges
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and stakeholders
3. Solution Design
- Architect and propose end-to-end security solutions based on customer requirements
- Create solution documents, architecture diagrams, and integration plans
- Align solutions with industry standards and best practices
4. Proof of Concept (PoC)
- Lead and execute PoC engagements
- Provide technical support to ensure successful solution validation
5. Documentation & Thought Leadership
- Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and implementation guides
- Develop case studies and solution assets
6. Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with sales, delivery, and product teams
- Provide inputs on customer feedback and market trends
- Support and guide junior team members in presales activities
🎯 Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Security solutions (MDE, MDO, MDI, Sentinel, Purview, Intune, Entra ID)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and vulnerabilities
- Proven experience in presales / solutioning / technical consulting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to create technical proposals and architecture designs
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Security Engineer, SC-200, SC-300, SC-900) are preferred
