Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Presales Team Lead to manage and mentor a presales team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound lead management, ensuring high-quality lead qualification, improving conversion ratios, and driving team performance.
This role requires strong leadership skills, real estate industry understanding, and the ability to optimize sales funnel efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Management
- Lead, train, and manage the presales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance metrics including call quality, lead qualification rate, and conversion ratio.
- Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance feedback.
- Ensure adherence to calling scripts, CRM updates, and follow-up protocols.
Lead Management and Conversion
- Oversee inbound and outbound lead handling activities.
- Ensure timely response to all leads and proper follow-up scheduling.
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and buying intent.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.
- Improve overall lead-to-site visit and site visit-to-booking ratios.
Process and Reporting
- Track daily and weekly performance reports.
- Analyze lead sources and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and data management.
- Identify gaps in process and suggest improvements.
Experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 to 3 years of team handling experience in presales.
Skills
- Strong understanding of real estate sales cycle and customer journey.
- Proven experience in lead qualification and conversion strategy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- CRM handling and reporting expertise.
- Target-driven and analytical mindset.
Education
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. MBA preferred.

- Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Strong ability to handle high-volume leads.
- Data-driven decision-making ability.
- Stable career history in real estate domain.
