Job Purpose
Are you a tech-savvy, high-energy graduate who loves sports, gaming, or interactive tech? We are looking for fresh, ambitious minds to join us as a Presales Executive Trainee for Xwall—Asia’s 1st Phygital AI Gaming Console.
You don’t need years of sales experience; we will train you! Your main goal will be to introduce Xwall to school administrators, sports academies, fitness centers, and event management companies, helping them understand how our "phygital" (physical + digital) console can revolutionize their spaces.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Discovery: Reach out to potential clients (schools, gyms, event planners) via calls, emails, and social media to pitch the concept of Xwall.
- Product Demonstrations & Installations: Learn the ins and outs of the Xwall to deliver highly engaging virtual and physical product walkthroughs and installations for prospective clients.
- Inquiry Management: Promptly handle incoming inquiries, understand the client’s venue requirements, and recommend the ideal setup (Xwall Sense or Xwall Portable).
- Deal Support: Assist the core sales team by setting up meetings, preparing basic commercial proposals, and following up with interested leads.
- CRM Management: Learn to use modern sales tools and keep customer records updated in our pipeline tracking system.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Education: Recent Graduates / Freshers (Any stream - Pass outs from 2025/2026 preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You should be confident, polite, and expressive when presenting to clients.
- Tech-Savvy: You should naturally enjoy gaming, gadgets, or software, making it easy for you to learn and showcase the Xwall console.
- Attitude: A proactive "go-getter" mindset. High energy, a willingness to learn on the fly, and a resilient attitude toward making outbound calls.
- Bonus: A background or active interest in sports, physical fitness, or event management is a massive advantage!
