Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive (Telecaller) based in Hyderabad. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive with experience in real estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and coordinating site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and explain project details clearly
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure lead engagement and conversion
- Update and manage lead data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures and updates
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status tracking
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate pre-sales/telecalling
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Good understanding of the real estate sales process
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Target-driven and proactive approach
