Job Description: Sales Support Executive – HNI Client Engagement
Position Title: Sales Support Executive
Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Support Executive/Pre Sales Executive to engage with High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) leads generated through marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for profiling, qualifying, and scheduling meetings with the sales team, ensuring a seamless client experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of HNI client needs, and a proactive approach to relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Qualification
• Engage with Inbound & Outbound leads (HNIs) via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their interests and requirements.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential for conversion.
• Gather and document client preferences, investment interests, and financial goals to build a comprehensive profile.
Appointment Scheduling
• Effectively coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and confirmations to maximise appointment attendance.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and scheduled meetings in the CRM system.
Client Relationship Management
• Provide an excellent first impression and build rapport with prospective HNI clients.
• Address initial inquiries and provide relevant information to nurture interest.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
Collaboration & Reporting
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
• Track and report key metrics, such as lead response time, qualification rates, and appointment conversion.
• Provide feedback on lead quality to optimize marketing campaigns.
Key Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 2-4 years in pre-sales, inside sales, tele-calling, or client engagement, preferably in financial services, real estate, luxury products, or high-value sales.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and influence HNI clients professionally.
• CRM & Tech Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, email tools, and basic data management.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach.
• Multitasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactive Approach: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for high-quality client interactions.
