Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Pre Sales to support the sales team in driving solution-based selling and customer acquisition. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing product demonstrations, developing proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills with a deep understanding of enterprise technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design tailored product demonstrations and presentations.Develop and deliver solution-based proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentation.Partner with Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.Conduct product walkthroughs, proof-of-concept (POC) sessions, and solution workshops for prospective clients.Identify key business challenges and articulate how the organization’s solutions address them effectively.Maintain a strong understanding of product capabilities, updates, and competitive positioning.Support sales enablement through solution insights, value articulation, and sales collateral creation.Track and report pre-sales metrics including conversion rates, demo success, and client feedback.
Required Qualifications
Educational
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Computer Science or related field is mandatory.MBA or equivalent in Sales / Marketing / IT / Business Management preferred.
Professional
4–6 years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B solutions.Strong understanding of business processes and technology integration.Proven expertise in preparing proposals, solution decks, and client presentations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders.Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools.
