Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Pre Sales to support the sales team in driving solution-based selling and customer acquisition. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing product demonstrations, developing proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills with a deep understanding of enterprise technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
- Develop and deliver solution-based proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentation.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct product walkthroughs, proof-of-concept (POC) sessions, and solution workshops for prospective clients.
- Identify key business challenges and articulate how the organization’s solutions address them effectively.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product capabilities, updates, and competitive positioning.
- Support sales enablement through solution insights, value articulation, and sales collateral creation.
- Track and report pre-sales metrics including conversion rates, demo success, and client feedback.
Required Qualifications:
Educational
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Computer Science or related field is mandatory.
- MBA or equivalent in Sales / Marketing / IT / Business Management preferred.
Professional
- 4–6 years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B solutions.
- Strong understanding of business processes and technology integration.
- Proven expertise in preparing proposals, solution decks, and client presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools.
