The Role
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Executive who embodies professionalism, clarity of communication, and a refined approach to client engagement. This role is integral to shaping client perception and establishing trust at the very first point of contact.
You will act as the initial interface between the organization and prospective clients, ensuring that every interaction reflects the stature and credibility we stand for.
We are also seeking Sales Executives who bring a structured, outcome-driven approach to client acquisition and closure. This role demands individuals who can navigate conversations with clarity, build confidence with clients, and convert intent into decisive action.
You will play a key role in driving revenue while upholding the organization’s standards of professionalism and credibility.
Key Responsibilities for Presales Executive
Manage and respond to inbound and outbound client interactions with clarity, composure, and precision. Understand client requirements and articulate project offerings with structured and persuasive communication. Coordinate site visits and ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to handover to the sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups. Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of communication and client expectations. Represent the organization with a high degree of professionalism across all communication channels. Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent engagement with prospective clients.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (preference for candidates with exposure to real estate or client-facing roles)
2–10 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, customer engagement, or front-facing roles
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Core Competencies
Strong articulation and command over communication. Poised interpersonal presence with the ability to build instant rapport. Structured thinking and organized approach to client handling. High level of responsiveness and attention to detail. Ability to handle conversations with discretion, confidence, and maturity.
Key Responsibilities for Sales Executive
Manage end-to-end sales cycle — from client engagement to final closure. Engage with prospective clients, understand requirements, and present suitable offerings with clarity and conviction. Conduct site visits and ensure a seamless and well-coordinated client experience. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Execute timely follow-ups and maintain consistent client engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between commitments and delivery. Maintain accurate records of interactions, conversions, and forecasts. Contribute to achieving individual and team revenue targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (real estate exposure preferred)
2–6 years (growth-stage professionals)
5–10 years (seasoned contributors with closure experience)
Proven track record in client handling and deal closures
Immediate joiners will be preferred
