What You’ll Do
✔ Handle inbound enquiries & customer interactions
✔ Qualify leads based on requirements, budget & project scope
✔ Schedule meetings & site visits
✔ Follow up with prospects & update CRM
✔ Coordinate with Sales & Design teams
✔ Support lead conversion and deliver a smooth customer experience
What We’re Looking For
🎓 Graduate in any discipline
💬 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
🤝 Strong follow-up & customer-handling abilities
✨ Experience in interiors, real estate or home improvement is an advantage
